Our homes are designed and built with great attention to quality and detail. In addition, we provide an extensive warranty for our homeowners.

We schedule five appointments with your project manager during the building and closing process to assure our standards of excellence for your new home.
Appointment #1:
For each presale, a scheduled appointment to walk the homesite prior to foundation to preview how your home will be located on your lot.
Appointment #2
Your rough-in appointment, prior to electrical and plumbing, you and your project manager will walk your framed home and review the actual locations of your selected upgrades.
Appointment #3
Approximately 3 days before closing, you and your project manager will complete a homeowner orientation and walk through of your home with a checklist to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Appointment #4  
Closing day, you and your project manager will tour your home again to review any touch-up work we may have identified during your homeowner orientation.  
Appointment #5 
During your 11 month of homeownership, you and your project manager will walk through your home and any warranty work will be noted and corrected.
In addtion, we provide a 2-10 professional warranty at no charge to our homeowners.
